Lately ive been so paranoid that its even scared me. I have been having panic attacks lately because of my paranoia. I keep flipping out because i always think that there is something wrong with me or my body. For example, if i get a headache, right away i will think that i have a brain tumor or something and will go research headaches and symptoms of tumors. Lately I have also been fearing that i'm going mentally ill and i then get driven into a devastating panic attack. Someone please reply soon.

With medical issues you can simply go to doc and check up.
Better to be paranoid and be able to check and cure on time if something is wrong than be unparanoid and end up with the last stage of the disease that could be cured if treated on time.

As to going mentally ill, no cure there :)
If you are then just embrace it with positive attitude, tell everyone around "I think I am mentally ill" and live with it.
Hopefully if you are not too much paranoid about being paranoid you and your paranoia may just get along.
    Good luck

Listen, I dont know how old you are. But if your just a youngin, dont worry about it. Its totaly normal to feel the way your feeling. Number one, your body is being flooded with hormones and growth factors, and lots of other stuff that has an effect on your mental attitude. If your not young then ether you need to get some interests other than your self. And improve your diet and get some exercise

Many people i know are starting to feel the way you are. and we are in our early to mid twenties. The idea that we will die is controlling every feeling we experience. we may be dying, but its best not to think about it. going to a doctor is always the best choice, but if you are without medical insurance like most of the people i know, then it does no good being negative. every odd pain is, well, what it is. nothing to really be done, good or bad. love ya

Constantly got that feeling in my teen years. Researching diseases will not help you - only a doctor can tell if there's something wrong no matter how many symptoms you convince yourself you have.

If it ever happens again just take a deep breath and play Bob Marley's Three Little Birds a couple of times. Seriously, every little thing is gonna be alright.
