Nerd and geek

Okay....so is a geek a nerd with social skills? Or vice versa?

 

All I know is that a bull is a cow without balls.

 

im in previous discussions on the topic, the conclusion we had come to was that a nerd was more of a book worm, into literary stuff, whereas a geek was into the maths and sciences

No it's different. A Nerd is alot like a geek, except that a geek's life doesn't revolve JUST around computers and physics, and high intallectual fields. But also
around relationships and stuff. OR it's the other way around?...I'm not sure....

Im always calling myself a nerd..serious..im so lame and goofy..I dont know what else to call me. ..but..im not smart like a nerd should be

 

why don't you just go ask some of the geeks and nerds...they're sure to have your answer.

I know I'm one of them....and I looked at other forums, they weren't very sure about the whole thing either, HOWEVER I read the definition's different from coast to caost...

I'm not sure which is which, but I think one is like the dumber version of the other...

Only that there are minor differences....
And I can't figure out the one with bad social skills....IT'S ONE OF THEM!!!

it doesnt say anything about the geek having social skills(well, i didnt actually read the whole thing, though nothing I saw said that), he just has imaginary friends

so how do you call a person who's a nerd, but also who does sport and has social skills? And doesn't just sit around techknowledgy their whole life?

 

do such people exist? i wouldnt know, as the only means of contact with the outside world i have is throught technology
