Ok so if I take 3000mg of apap in one dose and not any more that day will it hurt me or no? Ive been told not to take 4000mg a day but how much is too much in a single dose? Thanks.

    lets just say you shouldn't.

i mean, aren't you taking percs or vics or something? if thats the case, well then cold water extract all the APAP.

It wont kill you if you do it one time, but if you do this often, you WILL get liver problems quickly.

Just CWE it and be safe and not sorry.

    ^^yeah what those guys said.
if you're going to be doing this often, lookup CWE.
3000mg of apap is way too much to be taking regularly.

CWE will save your liver. I wouldnt advise anyone to go around poppin 5+ hydro/oxy preparations with APAP on a regular basis without it.
