As far as drugs go, I was probably happiest for my second or third shroom trip. I've always compared shrooming to getting a 6 hour glimpse of heaven:D

My most powerful acid trip was pretty joyful too; especially since it was my cousin's first trip and he dropped just as much as I did and handled it like a champ and had the time of his life. I was extremely happy for him:)

There's nothing quite like a powerful psychedleic experience, as far as physical and spiritual bliss goes.

I also felt a shot of pleasure when I realised what Resso meant.

    Times I felt genuinely happy:

    - Dancing drunkenly with German girls at a Ceilidh (traditional scottish music gig). It wasn't so much the dancing or the women that made me happy, its just that at that moment I realized for the first time, maybe in my whole life, that I had been truly happy for several weeks.

    - Lying in a naked embrace with a beautiful friend and having one of the most genuine and sweet conversations of my life.

    - Spending time with friends in the week after final year exams in High School

    - Most family gatherings, especially Christmas (although some can be depressing)

Allot of my favorite memories/times where I've been happiest are from my childhood.

The very first happiest memory is of me at age 3 holding my baby sister for the very first time in the hospital. The very first thing I said as I looked down at her was "Amy's a big sister!" with a massive grin on my face. :D For nearly 16 years I've watched her grow into the wonderful young woman she is today, and I've been proud of her since day dot.

Another is of me living in the wheat belt when I was around nine years old. I was laying out on the law with my head resting on my old German Shepherd's stomach as I looked up at the clouds. I remember I'd ask him questions like 'what are clouds made of?' and then try to visualize answers. He was my best friend since I could crawl. I really miss him :(

There's another memory with my dog, when we were in the wheat belt. We were around the same age. He was ten years old at the time, and had arthritis - we were moving in a few weeks and when we moved to our new home, we were going to have to have him put to sleep. Anyway my little brother and sister were teasing him, pressing on his back, so I ran outside to yell at them and he turned around and nipped me on the knee. I ran inside, crying to my mum and he came trotting in after me with his tail between his legs.
I was sitting on mum's leg crying, and he came rigt up to me, put his head in my lap and licked the spot where he'd accidently bitten me. I remember I started bawling my eyes out then, and I jumped from mum's lap and I gave him the biggest hug..

Allot of my other favorite memories were back in Tassie with family. I miss the rainforrests and the rain 300 days a year, and I miss my uncles shack, I miss bush-bashing in my aunts ute. Riding in the back of a 4wd over a deserted beach and then parking near some water to eat some lunch. I miss giggling and squealing with my brother and sister because one of my uncles is pretending his sinking in quick sand and then dragging my aunt into the water with him when she tries to pull him out. I'm going back there soon.

Here and now, I'm most happy when I'm listening to music. The 'Gimme Some Lovin'' song by the Spencer Davis Group makes me the most happiest. It's my favorite song.

On rainy or cloudy days I just love to lay out in the hammock and look at the sky. In Spring and Autumn I love to climb onto the roof and watch the sun set.

When I'm reading a book in the hammock or on the couch, and my cat comes over and lays on my chest and starts to purr. I love being with my sister and brother.

Drinking with mates and walking down random streets singing "Jeremiah was a Bullfrog"

When I'm drawing a good picture, or writing a good story. I love remembering dreams and telling everyone about them, trying to figure them all out.

    I got soooo many.

I remember being like four or five...When I thought dandelions were beautiful flowers... Running around barefoot in the sunshine, surrounded by trees and a little neighborhood by a lake. Things were all brand new bright and shiny. Every new discovery being so vivid, so crisp... That was genuine happy. :)

    Yep thats true.:)

Prax - chess has been one of my big passions in life.I can spend 10 hrs at a chessboard and it feels like minutes- maybe its the Russian in me?
I don't regret not turning pro tho.Unfortunately its got a "geeks" image in England - unlike some other places.

I think its much healthier for us to make them fade. But some people keep them and they don't even realise it.And they drag them down constantly..

I don't know which moment(s) I have to pick. Of course I could name some really special moments but I feel intensely happy at more regular moments as well. When you wake up late in the morning and take your time for everything, and sometimes even when I'm in a hurry to be on time for class and it feels good. Or when I'm stoned at night cycling home from a visit to a friend or pub and stop for a cig while looking at the stars. I don't know which moments were the happiest.

When I was in college as I was young, naive, and presumed I was free and everything was great. I was more confident, more social etc

Then again when I first met my husband because of how crazy magical it was...Still is of course, but reality tends to catch up;)

Many times but my last was when I went home last summer alone and spent the day on the beach I grew up on. It was very hard to leave.

All time greatest time was the night I rode my horse without a saddle or bridle. I hopped on him at the barn and the rest of the herd was a good 1/2 mile away. I turned him loose to gallop through the fields, through the woods, through the creek and amidst the herd who also sprang up from their grazing and started galloping. There is nothing like being surrounded by a sea of galloping horses under a full moon with no control. That was the ride of my life.

The last day of my semester at the school I transferred out of. The school was extremely horrible and walking out of my last final was the greatest feeling ever.

I'm usually happiest when I'm home alone on a week day morning getting stoned with absolutely nothing to do :D

I'll also be very happy after the next 2 weeks when school is over

the first time i did ecstasy. my entire body got taken over with wave after wave of pure happiness. I loved it. The first time that I did shrooms was close up there. Looking back many of my happiest memories involve first times on drugs

Interesting one.I suppose for some people a horse is a mix of their favourite car, pet , hobby, all rolled into one.
There's probably something deep in people's psyches about horses - like a genetic memory.
I think I'd land flat on my face galloping on one without a saddle :eek:LOL

I felt really good a couple of friday nights ago. I had been drinking wine and was in new york city and ended up staying up until 9am talking and laying with this boy who I think is swell.

I felt nice that night and have many other nights, I don't know though, usually wine is involved.

Was it your 1st time in NYC?
There's something sort of magical about it to a 1st visitor.
To me, its like u might wonder about going there too often in case the "magic wore off"..
