regular ol peanut butter (skippy, etc) tastes so nast after eating natural peanut butter (that tastes like peanuts) for so long (and im not a whole foods organic snob either)
i can relate to that. i don't enjoy how creamy the nat. shit is though...so much mixing to be done. hey i like your quote. it's clever.
i like the natural stuff, a lot, but it requires a larger amount for the same amount of flavor (its better tasting, but not as flavorful) and it sticks to your mouth worse than other peanut butter. i still prefer it, but in my experience it has it's downsides, too
hm i actually think natural has a more powerful taste (especially salted.) whereas regular peanut butter has more sweetness and less peanut-taste
also, in my opinion, the natural stuff only tastes good refrigerated... as where the other kind tastes good both ways. I usually always buy natural... also the 'skippy natural' (no stir required..) is amazing. it's like a mix between the two. :cheers2:
here is another realization - eating an apple for some reason leaves me hungrier than I was before i ate it. and then i googled it, and guess what, im right again
Turn the jar of natty PB upside down for a day. The oil will rise to the bottom of the jar. So much easier to mix! Almond butter makes me swoon....
giving away teh sekrets i love me some natty PB - so delicious on a spoon, in tuna , pb&j, a fluffernutter , egg white omelete and PB :drool5: and many many other food mixes
when that happened, i went out and bought more PB what if i couldn't get anymore when i ran out...that owuld have been bad
I LOVE peanut butter. Last month, I went through a 6lb jar of peanut butter. I eat JIF and Peatur Pan though.
I am in love with Peter Pan honey roasted peanut butter. They just friggin' added honey to their peanut butter. Genius.
