i thought it was more interesting that this strain kills people in the prime of their life. maybe it's intended to boost the economic picture by trimming the unemployment rolls. :tongue:

 

The problem with this theory is, many other types of movies are brought out. Have they really also been conditioning us to think there is a lost world somewhere in the pacific? There is a secret missile ready to re-start the core of the earth? Does not quite sound so realistic when you think of the BS that is brought out by Hollywood.

yes, born and raised here.. I guess I just hate the hypocricy of our culture...the way I see it, we're all illegals... the europeans stole and raped this land bottomline... thats why I think its strange to say, oh you crossed this line, so now youre illegal... I think everyone has the right to live, and I'd be glad if I could easily move down south(out of the USNA) without visa restrictions and all of the hassle... theyre just trying to make a living and I can say this, being an american citizen and having a college degree and a support network has NOT helped me make a living, find work or eek out any part of my so called 'american dream' thus far...so I say, hell, if they can make it work, let them... our industry and ag sectors do benefit from their cheap labor, which does put people like me in a hard position...but I mean, would we be where we are if the slaves labor hadnt been taken advantage of? would we be here if we hadnt had illegals from the south over the past century? I think not, so we must move forward and use them to our advantage.... sending them back home is simply that, pushing them across, so they can just come back. I dunno, maybe we should just end this immigrant issue right here, cause I've never gotten into a conversation that gets anywhere, because everyones opinion is different, and every immigrants position is unique therefore we cant simply lump 'them' all into one catagory which makes our conversations vague and pointless...

Well,I agree these types of conversations often go back and forth,so this will be my last post.Stiff penalties(jail and heavy fines) on anyone who hires,rents a home or assists illegals would make many leave.The rest should be put in jail then deported.-----Lots of countries in the "past" let many people in,but they changed their policies.Face it when a boat is full,it's full adding too many other people will make it sink. ---Australia for example started as a land of convicts,do they still let in prisoners from all over the world? NO.---- Medico,you mentioned you have a college degree etc. and you cannot find a decent job.20 million illegal immigrants defintely contributes to this,not only for you but many.--They say illegals take up the low paying jobs--I say those jobs would NOT be low paying if there were no illegals.--The US is not responsible for these peoples problems.--A sidenote:If I did not reside in Hawaii,I would probably want to leave the US too.--There are a number of appealing countries outside the US,and the US sure is not what she used to be.

I fear the swine flu is a farce, no proof, but it just feels sketchy to me... hope it dies and and simply was a coverup for the coming MJ movement, and the recently released memos... not that I enjoy how easily the media can coverup and effectively erase these things from the common mind so easily, but its true that it happens...

I just wonder how many more people are affected by alcohol, vehicle accidents, malaria etc etc...and why is this getting such nat'l attention so quickly? who owns the media and tamiflu along with various vaccines? whos benefitting??
