I love how this conspiracy forum works.

 

Make no doubt about it, they will make this into a full-blown crisis whether it is or not. They already have. But I think in about a week from now we are going to really start seeing things shut down with school closings, travel restrictions, business closings, etc. There is an ulterior motive here that has nothing to do with swine flu, but taking advantage of this crisis which they created to further consolidate their control. It ties in with everything else that is going on. They are using techniques of fear and distraction simultaneously. This is used to wear people down so they are unable to think rationally (considering they were able to begin with) and comes right out of the Tavistock handbook. It is times like these when the biggest agendas are put forward, often unbeknownst to the people.

No, I didn't assume you thought it was fact, but hoped to see where you had read/seen it. That's all. It wasn't on the WHO site so I wondered where it had come from.

A quick glance at WHO would have cleared it up for you (it did for me).
Do you ever read the official sources for anything or just what is "around" - lol.

You can't cover up a drop in GDP.
I very much doubt it is a cover for a war...not quite sure what you mean by that, actually.
We know about the "Torture Memos".
There could be "involuntary quarantined places".
Don't get me started on "martial law".

What about a more simple explanation:

A strain of flu is circling the globe and different countries are dealing with it in different ways. But, we (countries not that affected) are seemingly living as if we were on a pig farm in Mexico. Clearly we have to be careful, but this is just a new strain of flu...so some caution needs to apply.

I'd say read the official sites such as the WHO.
Ignore all the BS you see on the news.

When on google news, click on another story.

its a subtle thing,big, BIG headlines filled with fear and uncertainty on the first three pages or the whole front section of a newspaper will cause a lot of people to lose sight of whats in section b because their minds are all wrapped up in the big scary headlines.

a psychological cover up,just as rat stated earlier..

 

thank you hhb.. thats what i mean, a distraction, sorry i use the phrase cover up loosely... but i also think its diverting attention from the mj movement, which is strong and growing... global marches this saturday(2nd) and next (9th) btw, let's see if open public support makes any difference

 

You can't deny this is a big story.
There is some fear if you choose to only highlight that.
I've read many other articles about not making this into a panicfest.
I tend to try and play down these types of things, others choose to play up the panic.
Don't you think?
Are we any better or worse than media editors?
Don't we all decide how we will view these types of things?
It is quite easy to turn to the next page or look up other stories.
Though I do concede the bigger stories dominate most peoples thoughts.
Look at us now...what the hell are we banging on about?
Why don't we talk about something else?
