From what I've heard, it's similar to the atkins diet, only involving more seafood and basicaly being healthier...

I've been doing the Atkin's for the past ten days and have lost 8 pounds, it works and you can still eat "junk food" like pork rynes, string cheese, diet soda, italian sodas, They also have a bunch of "low carb" ice cream's and chocolate bars, and all that good stuff. It seems like everyone's on Atkin's, so a lot of stores and restaurants have Atkins or "low-carb" foods. P.S. by the end of this week I'm going to start the south beach diet, b/cI need to start eating more balanced.
