I can get the same tones out my PA system, a EQ and delay pedal.. :(

Theres no parameters for the reverb, has no depth HALL doesnt sound like HALL. Theres no sustain ..

to change the values on Volume .. you have to turn it up and down for it to set? Unless you hit the Edit button,, fact you have to do that with all the controls or they dont adjust..
Its set in Factory ? How the F**% are you suppose to know what distortion is set ?? Not like the Light remains solid on the bank.. (oh you have to use the Book, instructions.. ) who take instructions to a GIG??.

    CRAP CRAP AND MORE CRAP..

Almost all electronic gear is JUNK !! My fricking Cell phone could prolly make better noice if there was a way to plug a guitar in it.. :D

haha I feel you man! Ive had alot of guitar gear that ended up being crap!

The fact is that most of that kind of thing is made by a technician in a cubicle overseas and not by a guitar player in their jam space. Thats part of the reason I quit using effects and just go with a wahwah and a two channel amp most of the time.

Boss effects usually sound a little cheesy to me anyways.

however, if you can figure out a way to plug a guitar into a cellphone and have it sound decent, patent that bad boy!

I've never tried the ME-50, but I love my Boss GT-8. The wah on it isn't that great (sounds way too digital), and the spring reverb really sucks, but even so there is still so much you can do with it. The tone is a little cold, but outputting it through a nice tube amp warms it up quite a bit.

I'm not sure what you're problem with the user's manual is, though. Learn how to use it and there's no reason you'd need to take the user's manual to a gig.

the pandora box is about the size of a blackberry..

They can configure it to make calls or vic'e vera.. :D

there are about 2 tones on the ME-50 I can work with..:(

As chezzy as this sounds by NAME V-amp this has very good sound .. the molding amps are ok. The brit stack sounds like brit stack

[IMG] for about $60.00.. it has many parameter you can change with each effect. 4 different flange, phase, Wah., pitch gives a good Jimi Croxxtown traffic tone.. Deep reverb..
2 of these stacked together would be excellent.

Lord help us if a single 9Volt can bring down a rock band! I hate any gear that takes yet another adapter, that stuff becomes macrame after every gig. hahaha

For live shows the fewer knobs that there are to tweak the better. Some stagehand leans on my amp accidentally and my sound is screwed for the night, so i try to keep it as simple as possible.

Studio, I make use of some effects but never have i brought a stomp box to do the work of a real reverb spring, flange or compressor.

And I never care for amp modeling, they just sound thin, flat and fake to me. Like I said, all that kind of thing is made for guitar players but not always BY guitar players!

All that kind of thing is really fun to play with, but I personally dont have that many practical applications for it!

I had a beautiful Guild cutaway, acoustic and it had a annoying battery placement.. Sad I got rid of it for that reason alone and the other reason that it smelled like fresh wood that my dog (Thunder) whos original name was Samson :) peed on it when it was on the stand..

Guitar Molding effect do suck big time, I think they really make that shit to con parents int buying them for the up and coming artist. Thing is they will get nowhere with them..
Have you seen the Viper by Vamp? OMGZ ;p what a piece of crap in a box.. It looks like its a Marshall MG-50 in size but weighs about as much and a 10 pack of diapers.. lol..
