    Hey folks,

Do you need to use bands when you Twist and Rip?
    On the tips i mean,
It seems like it'll just fall out...

ALSO -> how do you do the end of your hair, either my fingers are too fat (quite possible due to sausage fingers) or it's simply impossible...??

    Thanks!

No, you DON'T need rubber bands.

If they're falling out then you didn't make them tight enough. It might just take a little practice but it's fairly easy to do. The tips tend to take a little more time so they can be frustrating, I left most of my tips alone.

I wouldn't ever use bands. I did when I started and they melted into my locks. I had to cut chunks of goopy rubber out of my hair. Don't worry about the T&R coming loose. It will tighten itself up eventually.

Do you need to divide all your hair up into sections and everything?

I was going to back comb but the more i think about it, the more i think this way will be better for me!

You can, but I didn't. When pat was doing them he just made a section and then t&r it.

If your doing them yourself you might have an easier time sectioning them first
