Ok so I have to take weekly SUPER LEGIT drug tests from Quest Diagnostics every tuesday, yet I refuse to quit haha, so I bought 10 things of this detox that has worked every time and it says it completely cleans out all the THC cells and stuff and I thought "If it completely detoxes me so I read 0.00 THC levels on the test, does that mean next time I smoke I'm not gonna have a tolerance cuz technically I do not have any THC levels in my body?" So I tried it out and i got really high but not like outragously high or 1st time high or anything, but anyone else had this happen to them?
It's NEVER going to be like your first time, because you're already used to the effect you get from the pot. The only reason it seems so strong when you smoked weed for the first time is that you didn't know what you were in for, so you would have been paying more attention to the high.
you don't build up a tolerance to weed. it has a reverse tolerance effect. you need less to get you high each time. since you don't have any thc in your system when you smoke, you won't get higher. it should actually take more weed to get you high than it did previously.
.... WTF... Dude, thats definitely not true. Thats why cannabis cup judges are advised to have high tolorance, cus if they didn't they would get way too high and out of it. By that logic, people who smoke every day for a few years would go insane every time they smoke.
whats that detox called? got myself a piss test coming soon i believe and i wanna get one that works. and obviously that shit works.
taking those fucking detox drinks on a regular basis is going to give you some kind of liver or kidney failure. exhibit a little self restraint, do yourself a favor and just quit smoking for the time being. there will be plenty of time to smoke once whatever issues you are having with parents/authorities wears off.
I have to agree. It's not good to take that shit too much. A detox once in a while is fine but not all the time just to get higher. I have to agree if you need to take a regular test it's not worth it to take a risk. Just quit for a while until you are safe to smoke again.
I'm sure you can find something like that if you google it. but I know from experience that weed does produce tolerance. Over summer I smoke multiple times nearly every day. I'll start just smoking a bowl, and get high every time, but after a week or two, the highs will only last about half as long, and not as intense... so i'll move up to two bowls at a time. And no drug is physiologically addicting. I think your confused with the terms. Theres physically addicting drugs and psychologically addicting drugs. Physically addicting drugs are drugs like heroin, meth, nicotine and alcohol where you body is pretty much tricked into thinking it needs those drugs to survive. If you stop doing them (after intense chronic use) your body will go crazy, and you'll feel like SHIT, and maybe even get seizures or die. Then theres psychological addiction which is shopping, gambling, sex... and pot. Its where you have a strong urge to do whatever it is, and you feel you cannot have fun, or be happy without it. But if you don't do it, nothing horrible will happen.
i think you're the one mixing up words. some drugs are addicting because they effect the physiology of the human body, the processes and functions of an organism. however, after doing a little more research, i found that the tolerance or not argument is still up in the air. different studies have found different results. http://www.druglibrary.org/SCHAFFER/library/studies/ledain/tolerance_and_dependence.htm
Dude, I'm a psychology major, I know what I'm talking about. You could possibly say physiological addiction instead of psychical addiction, but people don't. The word physical is much more descriptive than physiological. I'll give it to you that tolerance is up for debate. Pot certainly doesn't have the sort of tolerance of something like heroin, but like I said, from my own personal experience, if you smoke allot, very frequently, over a long period of time, you will eventually need to smoke more. I mean, not a ridiculous extra amount, but maybe an extra bowl, or half a bowl. Its the same with all my pothead friends. And I'm not surprised in the varying research results. American cannabis research is a fucking joke. First off, NIDA, has control of who gets pot and who doesn't. They often discriminate, and wont supply research marijuana to a study that will make pot look positive, like maybe how it helps cancer patients. Secondly, their research pot is very inconsistent (well, pot in general is inconsistent). One study could be supplied with all pot that is 9% THC, and another similar study could get all pot that is 3% THC.
take niacin it is completley natural and gets it all out in twenty four hours. the only thing you have to do is drink two gallons of water. but you can get it at like walgreens or wall mart
when will people learn that just because something is labeled as "natural" doesn't make it healthy, useful or OK to take it. niacin in high doses, like most any chemical, compound and drug (natural or synthetic), is extremeley toxic. fuck, even water is toxic in high doses, as is oxygen. don't spread false information like this, the rest of the internet does a good enough job of that.
