Heat and Cold and Such Things

Let us pretend, in a fictional world, that a mouse was sending some A (boop)cid to another block of incredibly explosive blue cheese, which was half-way across the mooniverse.

If they were to use some crazy out-of-this-world system, such as... oh postage, would the substance in question be as potent?

Does xEdeF sort of postage go thru any extreme temperatures/weathers which would be overly-difficult to protect such a product from in a practical manner?

I tried sending somebody in florida a hit, but it diddn't work for him apparantly so i think it got too hot and destroyed it.
