Carrying Shrooms on an Airplane Trip

Ok so in a couple weeks or so my brother is graduating college over in the east coast (I live in the west coast), and it's going to be party week over there. I was planning on taking an ounce of shrooms or so with me to his place, but obviously since this trip will take place across the country, I have to somehow get the shrooms in the plane and to the east coast.

Now Swim does have experience smuggling a small (less than 0.5 grams) of pot on his person, in the underwear near his asswhole, lol. I would imagine smuggling any amount of pot in a plane would be more riskier than smuggling any amount of shrooms since pot has a much more distinct smell and is one of the drugs that airport officers and especially narc dogs look at.

Actually when it really comes down to it, I'm not so afraid of smuggling the shrooms in my underwear on my person as long as there aren't any narc dogs. Even then though, while it maybe possible to train a narc dog to find shrooms, I'm thinking it is much more unlikely. Still, what is the possibility that drug dogs can detect shrooms?

There's a good chance there won't be any drug dogs....but still.....are there any other things I should avoid doing when carrying an ounce of shrooms on my person or so across the country? Is there a better way than carrying on your person? I'm thinking they would be more likely to check bags, especially carry on luggage, than checking you because strip searches are highly unlikely unless a dog smells you.

 

As long as you aren't selected for random screening where they pull you aside and feel up pat your body down. The one and only time a friend and i took weed on a plane, we got selected for random screening and i was freakin out. The dope wasnt on me it was on my friend. He got by though. taped to his guch thank god. After we were in Cali for a few days though he was goin through his luggage and found a sack of weed he didnt even know about and the airport security didnt even find when they went through his shit.

 

A trained dog can smell mushrooms from far away. I don't think there are many mushroom dogs though... I think most mushrooms give off the same smell. I would definitely keep it on you. Your shit has to go through a x-ray machine, so don't try to put it there.

I travel a LOT and there almost no chance they will catch you if you stick it in your pocket. Just don't take it out. and make sure they are not laced with metal. haha. They hardly ever have dogs at airports. I would not worry.

 

and even if there is a dog, its basically gaurenteed the mofucka isn't trained to smell shrooms.

taking drugs on planes is just about the worst idea i can think of.

 

Drug dogs are over-rated. Don't get me wrong, they're a shitton better at smellin than us, but fairly easily tricked. Got pulled over, cop smelled pot, hele'd (yes, helicopter'd in a dog for three 16 (at the time) year olds) a drug dog in, pot was tucked into seat crease and covered in ax. dog found shit. took a half o to hawaii with me, kept it in my pocket. The smell was actually still escaping a little, but no problems. flew to louisville w a half o in me pocket, nooo problemo. Biggest tip: don't pack it. They can be subject to searches. You will not be so long as you check yourself. Especially with shrooms. Although a relative of mine takes some with him everytime he flies, and always packs it, and has never been busted in like 16 years of working at the same job, flying all over the country. Personally wouldn't take the chance of packing, it's safer on your person.

took a half out to tennessee loaded up in my unmentionables, made me look like i had a massive package but it worked, got patted down in oakland and there were multiple drug dogs, also had a 20 strip and a quarter of herb down there, I nearly died of fright but it was all groovy until tenn, it was froze the fuck over snowing like mad nuts, after getting a grayhound, i tore the uncomfortable package from my crotch in the little shitter in the back and shoved it in my breast pocket, I was walking from the bus station to my buddy's pad in the thick snow and a cop pulls up and asks if I need a lift cause it's so cold out, I decline and he gives me a weird suspecting look, asked again and slowly drove off, honestly I couldn't feel my fingers or toes but my heart felt like it was gonna pop outta my chest for it was beating so fast, shit that was like 3 or 4 years ago, time flys.

 

most dogs at the airport now are for explosives..not drugs.

 

If your really that worried, make some chocolates (powdered shrooms, mixed with melted chocolate). I've done this several times, with it in my carryon with no issues at all.

 

My friend once brought an Oz of fungus over to the eastcoast on an airplane by accident. He left it in his backpack and had forgotten about it, until he arrived. I have also walked right past K-9's in the airports with blocks of hash sewn into my jeans, they're mostly for explosives.

 

I wouldn't call this foolproof, I think it was a DEA micro bulletin, or what ever they're called that intercepted a bunch of mushrooms chocolates.

To the OP, whatever you do, be careful, Getting caught with drugs at the airport could get you in a pretty fucked up position.
