    Kerry would've killed Bush off!!!
I'm telling you, even on te German news channel:ZDF,
they said that if the rest of the world would've voted, Kerry would've kicked Bush outta the white house without mercy!

I can't believe people voted for bush for having great 'morals' as
you said. I can't believe Kerry gave up either!!! What? 'oh....yeah, homosexuals are evil, so they can't merry, and women's salleries shall stay down as always, oh, not to mention, let's all kill inocent iraqis for just being alive!'-- WTF??? What's wrong with people?!
I do NOT support Kerry by any means, But he's WAY better then Bush! He said he'd pull outta war within the next 6 months, and give women their saleries back.

    Thanks, overly religious Christians!!!

there are too many sheep in america. and alot of the people that dont like bush still didnt even vote. not all americans are like that . besides I do believe there was some corrupt shit goin on.

there is supposed to be separation between church and state and I dont see it at all. christians control the government.

madcrappie, you live in missouri right?

If so, was there anything odd about your elections yesterday?

I'm from Ohio and there was plenty of weirdness going on.

a severe voting machine shortage that created up to 5 or 6 hour lines when the turnout was expected to be high.Where i voted the man said there had never been more than a 15 minute wait in the 12 years he had worked in this same place, and for some reason there were 3 machines instead of 5, which there had been every single year for a tleast 12 years.

the man couldn't explain it at all....and later i found out that this was happening in many places throughout the state.

Also, see pressed rats thread about the possible fraud in the selection of voting machine type.

nope, I live in kansas, close to missouri though. But Ive heard quite a few stories about people voting in Johnson County who said that they werent even ID'd I thought in this election everyone had to have an ID to vote. I could be wrong. my county voted for kerry. There were only two counties that voted more for kerry than bush and that was where I live and in wyandotte county (inner Kansas city).

Shouldn't the entire world get to vote, since the outcome will effect the entire world?

    you've got a point...

Well anyway if there would be a percentage depending on the whole world's votes, it would be like, 30 % Bush, 70% kerry (including US).

If Europe voted on it, Kerry would've won via a landslide, Bush would've barely got 10% in Ireland. I think the two main problems in America is a very poor and very biased press and this unquestioning patriotism, think of the stars and stripes and don't ask any quesitions or you'll be branded a liberal, or even worse a commie!

another problem's overly religious Christians! Believe me, America's a totally different world from here, like, they've got christian Rock, which nobody has here, they
make it all 'cool' and stuff..lol.
i once posted somewhere, listing the many differences between the US and Europe. Maybe I'll copy paste it...

EDIT: lol...nice bashing going on on ZDF news....haha! The people here really hate him! The only person supporting him is idiot Schröder...and everyone here totally HATES that jerk. ( put them both in a bag and shoot at it, you'll always hit the right one...)

Exactly. Our mainstream media is horribly unreliable, people associate the words "liberal" and "Democrat" with "terrorism" and "demoralization," and people who speak out against the government are told to "get out if they don't like it here."

Seriously, after speaking out against the Bush administration today, I was told by someone to get out of the U.S.A. Wow...

I just want to explode when I think about the fact that people actually get their "news" from scumbags like Bill O'Reilly.

Before we invaded Iraq, but we knew it was coming, O'Reilly gave a list of "rules" to follow during the war. Basically, he told people to NEVER oppose the war. He even went as far as to tell people to support the war and the Bush administration or "shut up."

People actually listen to this man!

In Europe slating ones government is healthy and keeps them on there toes, people don't necessarily have a particular party, if the current one aren't doing the job people won't vote for them also there are larger numbers of parties not like just two in America, also Americans seem to live in this state of fear which I fail to understand. I think it's been instilled in them ever since the cold war, just not it's not commies, it's Arabs.

It's not Arabs causing the fear, though, it's the government and the media. I mean, come on, we have a terror alert system that never gets below "elevated!"
