They came out of Dallas. They're getting a little bigger, and it's because they make QUALITY fucking bad ass music. It's very unique, but it's an intense schizo-sounding harsh rock. Has anyone else heard of them?

I've heard of them because they're from around here. But I've never seen them. Maybe I should check them out.
Do. Do it now. I posted some links in the "Emo Music?" thread, a lot of the downloads don't seem to work, but you can get 7-8 tracks I think. When I'm in a sort of ambivalent mood, Owls are my favourite band, but when I'm feeling really happy or really angry or really anything, it's the Paper Chase, and I get drunk, stick on "Hide The Kitchen Knives" and scare the shit out of myself and the neighbours.
they are true, and evoke emotions untouchable by others. Deep, and dark, and an incredible show of sound and energy. may evil be distracted when it tries to find it's way to your door. i think
i also highly recommend them to anyone interested in unique, powerful rock-based music. their work is a bit harsh and violent to listen to on a regular basis - for myself anyhow - but when that mood strikes, there's nothing better. their live show has to be seen to be believed - an awe-inspiring display of energy and passion for the music. check them out any chance you get.
