I mean, if I didnt have a beer in my hand, i wouldnt have ran, I would have just let the cop tell me "you know theres a curfew son, right?" and i woulda been like "no" he woulda told me the time period and sent me home.

How the fuck are you getting DUI...you were walking...and yes if a cop saw you with a beer he would of taken it away thats it...there is no way they would charge you with public drunkeness and all that nonsense...next time keep your cool..and get your ass home...but who knows in the heat of the moment things happen...
