Please bear with the kinda long background story....I recently acquired some blue Watson 540 vics (Lorcet) 10/500. This was the first time I took them. Previously, my drug of choice was Endocet 5/325. In my opinion, they are the best drug I've ever tried. But I only get enough of those to last a little less than 2 weeks, so I've been looking for something to fill the void between my Endocet supply. In the past, I've also had white oblong 5/500 vics, and they are okay, but not nearly as good as the Endocet. Anyway, enough background. I'm used to taking about 20mg of opiate at a time, so I don't have a huge tolerance but this is enough to get me feeling really good yet still functional. I feel happy and outgoing, but I'm still basically myself. Well, I took two of the blue pills and I was FUCKED UP--more than I've ever been without being drunk. Just blown the fuck away. It was a good thing that I started on a Friday, because I lost the entire weekend. I apparently took the rest over the course of the weekend (20 pills). There are large blocks of time that I have absolutely no memory of. Yet I didn't do anything horrible or embarrassing--that I know of. I looked at my text logs and email and I conversed with people. I seemed more uninhibited than usual, but there was nothing bad. I vaguely remember going to a bar that I frequent Friday and Saturday nights, saw people I knew and they said I seemed a little manic but just thought it was because I was drinking. So here are the two things that bother me: 1) I don't remember getting the great warm, fuzzy euphoria that I get from Endocet and to a lesser extent the weaker white vics I've taken in the past. 2) This is huge--why, why, why can I not remember half the weekend???? That scares the crap out of me. That has never, ever happened to me on opiates before. I did drink, but like one or two light beers, and only one night. That I can remember anyway. I doubt that I would've drank more since I was feeling so messed up anyway I really didn't need to. I probably ordered beer just to have something in my hand. So I am pretty freaked out. Do you think what I took actually was Vicodin? Or did I just have a fucked up reaction because it was from a different manufacturer and far stronger than anything I've taken before? Any insight would be greatly appreciated!!!
