yay for me! talked to my mortgage broker today and got the application process started. my moms boyfriend has agreed to be a co signer for me (im one of those silly dependable people and my fiance can take on the co signed portion when hes done school and has a regular job in 2.5 years or so) im excited! im not sure what well be approved up to, hopefully something decent that we can actually buy a house with (were looking at houses under 175,000 for sure, preferably cheaper)... i wants me a house, especially with our awful roommate moving out at the end of the month

*chews* now if only i had a job i actually like, enjoyed and stuff having a minor career crisis this month, its annoying anywho... ive been crusing mls.ca (multiple listing service... realty online for canuckia) nearly weekly for the last few months, i think im house obsessed. but the money were paying now for rent (nearly 1000, they upped our rent in dec), we could spend that much and put it towards actually owning a house in this city instead, and there are even houses in decent areas available for around that much. now im all impatient and just want the house
That's awesome! buying a house is a huge accomplishment and it makes you feel great! I know because I just closed on mine yesterday. It's so exciting!
