AOL is worse than a virus... seems once you put it on your computer you can never get totally rid of it!

AOL is now a free browser.

Time Warner has actually made much much more off of AOL through advertising by giving it away free than they ever made by charging an OUTRAGEOUS fee for dial up service.

I remember when I first got broadband. I had to FIGHT with my mom to pay $44.00 a month for lighting fast internet instead of paying $35 for AOL. It ended with me coming out of pocket $9 a month. :leaving:

Only if you don't know how to monitor your installs.

    I use it.And hate it.
Haven't got rid of it cos I know its faults.
And that would be a pain up the arse with software shit I'm using.
( learning another co's faults from scratch)
    I never use their brower.
    Their tech people are turkeys.
Its overpriced but it is generally reliable.

    Anyone used iCloud or Linux?
    ( Sorry completely irrelevant btw)

I know how to quote. I just dont bother to do so every time. I dislike only being allowed to quote the posters comment and not the whole post.

I don't even know why aol charges about 10 dollars a month for dial-up--it should be free or maybe a dollar a month, because aol is rubbish.
