*cough cough* i have been coughing for three days.. and it's not doing anything but making my throat more sore.

damn it! now i wanna cuss... i wasted a whole day at the doctors yesterday to find out nothing.. and they just called to schedule me my next appointment.. it's not until september! i'm not even gonna be living here..

I've been hacking up big chunky gobs for like, four or five days meow and my brain is floating around in a sea of boogies.

Allergies maybe? I'm not a doctor obviously, but so many of the things you seem to suffer from sound like they could be allergy related.

I get awful coughing jags sometimes where I just can't seem to stop. And no, I'm not a smoker! I know it's probably allergy/asthma related. I was diagnosed with asthma as a child, but I haven't used any maintence meds/inhalers for 15 years or so. But when I get those coughing spells, geez.

My boys are like that too, and they've got a lot of other allergy-like symptoms, constant nasal congestion, itchy eyes, skin rashes, that kind of thing. My daughter has allergy issues too, but not the coughing jags. Poor kids. But I'm afraid to take them to an allergist because I know the testing is rough. So at the moment, the regular pediatrician is treating them as needed. It seems to be manageable, so I guess we'll just stick with what we're doing unless it gets worse and nothing else seems to help.

 

i don't think it's allergies... doesn't matter where i am.. i just doesn't get any better. i'm feeling worse today.

the doctor thinks it's CFS or fibromyalgia ... so i'm gonna have to go back and have test or something done to figure it out.
