    Hey, heres a quick question.

do you think that if you make one dread on straight hair that is around 40cm(16-17inches)..
that it can be combed out with some balsam a couple of days later?

    please answer quick :D

Just double checking that you know it won't be a dread after only a few days of "dreading" it... right?

And as long as you do'nt use anything on your hair (like wax) you should be able to brush it out no problem.

I had one lock done and then combed out, be aware, it will be more painful coming out than it was going in

^^^ Your hair was also still perfectly healthy with no damage afterwards aswell

And I knew someone who combed hers out after 6 years. So it is very possible

coarse they can be combed out.

However first you must prepare your hair.

    1. Add tons of conditioner
    2. Crack an egg or 2 into your hair (believe it)
    3. Sit infront of the heater... once you start to smell cooked egg you know you're done.
    4. Shake your head and your dreads will practically loosen themselves

if this method fails though repeat the same procedure but replace the egg with gasoline

When you pour the gasoline on your head the second time I would recommend sitting next to a large camp fire.
It's just more effective than the heater

You don't have to pour it on a second time. It clearly works the first time.

I combed 3 babies around my face out the other day after 6.5 months
they were painful, plus I like loose hairs to play with.
