   Hi. We're looking for a simple, natural (no commercial crap) beer/ale recipe. We'd like to make ginger beer or ginger ale (not the soda), but any advice would be appreciated.

   Well we found a recipe, and made ginger ale,
   
   It was great!
   
   I have not drunk beer for many years and got a slight buzz off of one glass.
