DECENT Proxy sites. I've looked back on the forum to 2007.

I need one that is reliable and won't crash on me or has loads of pop ups and shit.
I looked...but they are all crap.

If you can't help...Please just send me the new Star Trek film in the post...cheers.

 

Most public proxy lists are ancient and if they aren't, then many of the IPs are blacklisted. So if you're looking for proxy lists, then the best I can tell you is to go to one of these proxy forums. I've never done it, but they sound plausible and legit.

If you're just looking for a proxy through which you could browse the internet, then I'd recommend zend2.com or unipeak.com.

also, if you wanna minimize the number of ads you have, you should check out the AdBlocker add-on for Firefox. You can also play around with the NoScript add-on (I have it tame sites like rlslog to prevent redirecting, for example).

 

Use firefox. Disable javascript and flash media. Then right click any HTML adds and choose to block the URL. After that it's clean.

Adds can really slow things down.
