to live for the summer and learn to surf and do stuff near the ocean.
ive lived in denver all my life and am considering movin to CA for the summer. ive never been in the ocean, or even seen it, but ive always wanted to learn to surf.
wheres a good place to go? what city?

huntington beach used to be loads of fun, and south of there. i don't touch the beaches north of HB.

 

Well, it's cheaper to live like in Fresno, my dad lives near pismo and Ouch!!!

I grew up in Colorado too. I have been in California for about six months now. I'm way up North so the waters a little cold for surfing. The ocean is cool and all but I miss Colorado so much that I think I'm moving home in the next month or so. I wish you good luck out here, its just not for me.
