Finally took some pics of my hair. All natural, no wax or anything. For the first month I would palm roll all the time and mess with it but didn't see any change. Wool beanie over the winter helped a ton!

New laptop + boredom + my 'friday' at work..

So... I got them separated/backcombed on Dec. 4th. After the first month and much reading, I've just let them be and do their own thing :) I wash 'em abt every 4 days or so with DreadHQ Shampoo. I'm almost out so any new suggestions that I should buy? Pref. pre-made..

It looks like one side is much further than the other. I'm guessing the better side is bc its what I mess with while surfing the net and driving.

Dr.Bronner's Pure-Castile soap - "lavender" is my fave but some people have different reactions. My advice would be to try a few different types until you find one that's right for you, and by try i mean use it for a month or so and try using a AVC rince in between trying different soaps to clear the oils.

    :peace:

QFT. I haven't used soap since Feb and have never had less dandruff. Water is definitely all I need.

dreads look good from what i can see :)
i go thru fazes of washing with water only, then any random shampoo that my daughter has and then just not washing for ages then bi-carb.
still cant decide whats best although dont use normal shampoo on yours as they are babies so might unravel.
i hate washing my dreads thats prob why i dont very often.....yeah im lazy
