I think the charge if it were brought would be manslaughter, nobody is suggesting this officer intended to kill the man, but that gross negligence may have brought about his untimely death...
we had a killer cop on tape here in the states and he just got fired--got charged but aquitted and the police gave the victims family a bunch of money---case closed btw the charge was involuntary manslaughter---but it was brutal murder caught on tape under cover of authority---what r u gonna do?
Paul hasn't exactly attempted to argue a case that this would be legally a murder charge, a phrase such as "murdering twat" can I think be quite obviously chalked up as heated polemic with a concomitantly loose application of technical specificity.
