Do you think kids should be tracked? that is to say, should they be put in separate classes depending on their ability, or should they all b grouped together?
they should be separated..gifted..average...and slow...we need to pump more money into the gifted program. We need to foster the minds of the brightest americans, not restrain them to mediocrity.
