1200 euro a month is VERY steep, even for amsterdam. I built a 3 storey 3 flat house in Germany (each house has around 140 square meters of space). and I´m only paying 500 euros a month to pay it off.

 

A+ locations cost A+ money... from what I understand this pricing seems pretty much in line with other rents commanded in the Jordaan.

Aawwwhhh... the appartment looks great!! And I think it's a very reasonable price for what you're getting.. but it's also a lot of money, way too much for me.. too bad!!
