    Hi all

Anyone spent much time (or any)on crutches while barefooted? My left foot was injured a year ago (a good excuse for being barefoot since then) and I again find myself with a leg in plaster and back on crutches. It is amazing. You can go absolutey anywhere, any bar or restaurant and the cast and crutches will get you in barefoot. I am loving it.

a little clarity here . . . you mean you don't have a shoe on the foot not injured, correct ?

hummmm get a walking cast - one of those inflated kind, get a go barefoot anywhere card . . interesting

Correct. The injured foot is currently in a cast, but is always bare when not in a cast. Uninjured foot bare.

From a practicalty pint of view, the uninjured bare foot has more flexibility and makes walking on crutches easier. And is a great excuse to go barefoot everywhere!

Fortunately, I've never been on crutches. Sorry you had to suffer through injury, but at least you've got a get-in-barefoot-free card!

Yes - and I use it as often as possible!
