Alright, well I have this close group of friends (the cliq or whatever you call it), and we have..probably about 15 people in it. About 5 of us hang out in a group all the time. I know and trust everyone in this group, but I trust some more than others. I sell to 2 of these people. Then they turn around and sell it, and after they make their money back, they come get more. I've worked my way up and now I get qp's and sell oz's. I do this to get free weed and to keep everyone from having to go to other dealers for higher prices. I've got the hook-up, but I'm getting paranoid. Not many people know what I do..only a few people in the group. I only deal to these two people and I do it in a safe place. I don't want to get caught, and I've been paranoid lately. I've been thinking about quitting dealing. Problem is that I just quit my job and I would have no source of income to buy weed. And buying weed sucks. I've been careful this whole time and I think if I keep flying "under the radar" I'll be OK... I've stuck by this phrase: "Loose lips sink ships" and I haven't told a lot of people much. What are my chances of getting caught? Everyone tells me I don't have a huge risk, but I'm pretty damn paranoid anyways. Does anyone have any tips about dealing and not getting caught? Etc? Here's an example of how paranoid I am: My dealer called up and said I can get some good shit (better than usual) if I get it soon before he sells it all. After I got off the phone with him, I freaked out and thought I was being set up. I thought this because HE called ME, and I usually call him to ask to get some. I don't think that its reasonable to think I'm going to be set up because of that. Can anyone help ease my mind!!??
First, relax, he probably called you because you're a good customer and wanted to hook you up. Next, I can only assume youve talked to the two people you deal to about keeping their mouths shut. Since you're close to them, I at least hope you have. You're all taking risks but as long as you aren't hellbent on expanding your dealing business (doesn't sound like you are), and as long as your friends can keep it on the down low, you should be fine. The risks aren't that big really if you keep your dealing small, in fact, you're biggest risks are when you're buying at the dealer (he sounds like he has a lot going on, so that increases risk) and also just driving around with it, what with nosy cops pulling people over for nothing then trying to do a search (illegal without a warrant or your consent, by the way).
I think you're overreacting a little. How long have you known your dealer? Do you really know what kind of person he is? Chill out, it's two people. And if you're hanging out with these two alot, does'nt it go without saying that you smoke with them alot? You're not really doing anything unusual, when you think about it.
First off if someone gets busted with alot there ussually more intrested in the supplier than the subsidiary but if he's get you qp's his supplier probably not a very nice fellow when crossed, so perhaps this fear is partially justified, yet I wouldn't rack your mind with it. As for your name gettin round, theres no reason you can't start to counteract it. Anyone that would have heard it before tell them your out because it is getting to risky and tell the folks you get the oz's to to tell anyone that would know there gettin from someone else now, just explain to them you don't want any profile Well hope this advice helped you out, remember never get high before business -lead me to a B felony Keep it to freinds that you can trust and meet in secure locations though and you should be pretty much no worries. __________________________________________________________________
damn dudei wish i could get my hands on some quater pounds!! yeah but i think its pretty normal to hookup friends. i know me adn my friends used to do it when i lived in VA. if somebody needed a little cash now and then wed all chip in or wed trade smoke outs for other things like cash and food etc. i know if i had weed and my boy didnt have any for the night and he had one of our other friends sleepin over then i always sold him enough to get them both high. but u R being too paranoid. id definetley tell ur 2 friends to keep their mouths shut. and keep ur smoking circle to a minimum is what id do. If ur like me and defenetley prefer having a group of high people then having a group of nto high people and high u then u can do what you think is right. i have a real private smoking circle of people i know would never narc on anybody and weve been thru mad shit together and nobody has ever punked and the the 2 kids that punked one we kicked his ass and the other since we are reallll tight with him we jsut kciked him out of the smoking circle ( the first kid tagged the skool bathroom "RC"'s which si our little stoenr cliq ( rowdy cowboys lol) and the second kid punked out when my dad suspected we all were getting high and so when my dad drove to his hosue and was all like i know u guys have been smoking they told me so the kid actually admitted to it. so yeah when u live with the roaches u have to cut out all the RATS
I've told the people I sell to not to tell anyone..they don't mention names when they say they have to get it and stuff like that. I think I'm just seriously paranoid about nothing and need to chill out.. because I am being as careful as I can with it and I guess you're right, my chances are pretty small. I wouldn't want to get busted at the dealer's house; that would suck. Every time I'm there I'm gone in less than 5 mins though, so I don't think I'll be caught there. I need to find a good hiding place in my car so if I do get pulled over I can just play it cool, get a ticket or whatever (even though I don't speed/break the law when stoned or when I have weed in the car). I smoke with my close friends a whole lot, almost every day. So I guess it's not really that unusual..because it's less suspicious..looks like I'm just having friends over.
It's common herb ediquette to not go blowing up your dealers spot to everyone. But anyways, usually the only way people get caught is when narcs turn informer and tell the cops (Neighbors, friends in trouble, whatever). Other than that, how do the cops have any idea whatsoever what you're doing? For them to randomly find out out of nowhere that your'e dealing, they'd have to be watching everyones house constantly.
do it sober, do it in unshady places, one thing i never do, is sit around for too long waiting for someone, and if its really 2 of your close friends, do it at their pad if its cool
I have a similiar delima and getting a bit paranoid. I keep getting things from work and thinking about going to return things to get so money back but i think its getting risky. Its been the same risk since day 1... Oh well when i get to work i'll be in a different mind set, such as will you be when you need to make some deals for doh.
Hooking up friends and dealing is different. Your operation isnt probably as closed as you think it is though. Word travels. I know a lot of dealers who think that barely anyone knows they deal but the entire school knows. Moving a qp is a lot when you think about it, most people buy what, 2-3 grams at a time?
I do not deal at school ever bad idea youll get caught in 1/2 a second, i hook up my friends and I go through about an O every 2 days
The 2 people I basically sell to buy in quarters and oz's..and they sell to more people .. then turn around and buy more weed with that money. It's how it works. I'm not going to expand my business and I'm telling everyone to keep quiet about it. Dude I've been freaking out.. one night I thought there were cops at my front door but it was Jehovas Witnesses. I am too paranoid...man how do I calm down about this? I think I'm paranoid because I really don't want to go to jail or mess my life up.
Dude, if you're that freaked, don't deal. First, that kind of stress leads to slip-ups, but also, is the money worth feeling like that all the time? It's not healthy. Either calm down or get out of the game.
jehovas witnesses huh? lol. those guys freak me out. i recommend that you stay paranoid. i have known some pretty paranoid people that have ended up selling to undercover cops. dont trust luck, the second you relax and drop your guard your worst nightmares will come true. if you cant handle being paranoid then dealing isnt for you, its part of the game.once you loose respect for the enormous risk you are taking then youll end up in jail like countless others. (although this advise is based on american life, i dont know how it is in vancouver)
