What could be the problem when me and my girlfriend have sex? Almost every time we do it she bleeds a little. When we do it I can always reach her cervix with my cock. Do you think I'm moving it too rough? She usually says it doesn't hurt but even if it does, she wants me to keep going. Any ideas? Talk about beating a pussy up...

She should see a doctor. It's not normal. During first time women bleed from their torn hymen not from the inside of their pussies. But you said that you've been having intercourse for some time so there shouldn't have been any tearing.
    Go check it out.

Could it simply be menstrual blood?

No, she doesn't have periods because she is on the "Marena " birth control. I think I will have her see the doctor. She has had 3 kids, it really shouldn't be an issue like wild orchard said...

I had a girlfriend that this happend with too. It was the birth control. I guess some birth controls cause light constant bleeding.

http://www.drugs.com/pro/mirena.html (go down to the section that says this)

    "5. Irregular Bleeding and Amenorrhea

Mirena can alter the bleeding pattern and result in spotting, irregular bleeding, heavy bleeding, oligomenorrhea and amenorrhea."

You also have to make sure they put it in right. It might be in there oddly and you are causing it to rip up the vag a little. Its not big deal, but I would still have her check it out with a doc.

    Some birth control causes spotting.
A doctor visit is still suggested

I don't know, I occasionally bleed after I have sex, especially if it's been a while. It depends on how heavy the bleeding is. If it's almost like a full flow, then yeah, go to a doctor, if it's just a little, it's a judgement call.

Well..........if this is her first time having sex( i.e. She was a virgin before this happened) then it is totally normal, there is a small flap of skin in a vagina that bleeds when it is punctured for the very first time, but if this happens constantly, GO SEE A DOCTOR
