Summerfest Worlds Largest Music Festival - bands i recommend if you go

i am going to the talib show and the roots show. if you are there wear the bandanna and sunglasses so i know who to dump beer on

 

they're gonna be at ACL in october... I live a mile from the park where they hold it

anyone going to bonnaroo in june?

also, I find it weird how many zeppelin "fans" have never heard of the yardbirds or confuse Jeff Beck for Beck Hansen

 

i grew up about 5 min from the summerfest grounds. i live in ct now but am flying back for a week just for the fest. can't wait for sts9, soul live, the roots, flogging molly. i really was hoping theivery corp was gonna come back this year. i thought they put on the best show out of all of summerfest last year.

 

omg...That festie would be shit. Terrible line up. Like 5 bands worth seeing. All these bands I listed, mainly U2, are the reason I wouldn't dare stepping foot there. Way better festies out there IMO.

 

i wanna see flogging molly and g love and the special sauce. <awesome!

 

G Love is the shit, and Rusted Root has some killer live shows. Gotta be the drums!

yea all the bands you guys have mentioned are going to be awesome, no doubt. ive only seen sts9, the roots, the wailers, and talib. most of the ones im going to will be new to me, but definitely rockin

yeah its gonna be kick ass. ive driven to st louis before, it took me like 5 hours. that'd be worth it to come to a day of summerfest man

If those three were all on one day then I could justify goin out to Milwaukee, but I meeaaan.

I was gonna go see Talib not too long ago, but I was hung over and none of my friends were up to be down
