the orlando and cavs game has fair ref calls dude. and as for the Lakers, i think you havent been watching the games at all. Kobe Bryant has been tripped, shoved in the chest, blocked from behind, taunted, tripped again, and fouled on the arm. all of these instances were blatant fouls with no calls made. the refs are definitelyyyyy for the nuggets
I don't think the refs are "for" anybody. Bad calls get made and some calls get missed, the refs are only human. Of course they do tend to side with the home team on close calls but that's part of the home court advantage.
Getting intentionally tripped twice, pushed, badmouthed, and slapping someones arm while they're shooting arent just calls being "missed" and they arent "close" calls. those are intentionally missed. considering that they are blatant calls that should definitely be seen and made. if not watch the replay and call when the coach requests it. refs are for the nuggets.
if anything the refs would be for the lakers with all the lebron/kobe commercials going on, they are hyping up a finals match up that might not happen. The last 2 games were in denver so that might have something to do with it, I could see upper management wanting to prolong series' as much as possible to make more money but I doubt it, we dont know whats going on..
wow i cant believe the magic got the cavs 3-1. theres only been 3 teams to ever come back and win from a 3-1 record in the finals. who knows, maybe the cavs can be the 4th. go lakers tomorrow!
Reason you guys don't notice the BS calls are because you want and root for the cavs and lakers, of course you'll deny it. Anyone notice some of the bs calls last night against Howard? A technical for saying "yeh"?
the refs have no reason to make calls for the nuggets. of course the networks want LA to win. bigger franchise = more people watching the finals. so if the refs are taking sides at all, they are taking LA's side as they have in the past.
That was a very ticky-tack technical called on Howard, one more and he will be suspended for a game. It may get over turned after the league looks over the replay. 8 teams in total have come back from a 3-1 deficit in the NBA playoffs. 2 out of the remaining 3 games are in Cleveland, they have not played well in the first 4 games, if they can step it up in the remaining 3 games they still have a great chance at winning the series. GO DENVER TONIGHT!! With a win they can close out LA at home in Game 6!!
