Hey guys! I just found this forum and I'm mad that I haven't found it FASTER! So I just learned about Salvia and have a couple of questions.....Any type of help would be great. I live in New York, is it still legal? I've been searching and all I've been receiving is that it is still legal at this point. Salvia Divinorum, is "Divinorum" the only kind of its species that can give you the high feeling? Are there any other ones? How do I know if its "good shit"? for example, you can smell and see the texture of good weed and know it's good. Where can I find it ASAP!!! What's the dosage, and how should I smoke/chew it? How much should it cost? Who wants to smoke Salvia with me?! Can you chew salvia EXTRACTS? Is it advised? Thanks in advanced!
You can buy it from several webistes, they will ship it to the states that it is legal in. They won't ship it to Utah for example because it is illegal there. You could try SalviaDivinorumcafe.com they are the cheapest I have found so far. They have some information on it as well including the dosages. 5x is more for a casual high, with giggles and such, 10x is more for spiritual visioins and 20x is for better spiritual visions i guess... You can chew Salvia, leaving it in your mouth for about 15 minutes before spitting it out. you can also smoke it in a pipe or a bong. A bong is recommended because it heats up the smoke and lets it expand. It also makes the smoke not as harsh. I've heard the first time you try it it's hard to feel anything. This is what happened to me. if the second or third time you don't feel anything then you migh have not gotten a good kind. Salvia is kind of a spiritual drug, used for meditation and visions. Some say it needs to be respected or you won't like the outcome. It is meant to teach, not to get you party high. I would recommend going to local head shops and asking about saliva, or looking for online vendors, if it is illegal in your state they will let you know. As far as other species, there's some experimentation with Coleus lately but I don't know if anyone's really done it "right" yet. I don't know if it contains the same or similar compounds, but it's said that the Mazatecs considered it the male counterpart to the "female" S.D. That stuff is much more robust though, and I highly doubt it will ever be outlawed, unless we get some totally 1984 shit goin on.
