I used to wake up to a redbull and a smoke every day a couple of years ago. Not anymore. Those things are terrible.
I was once reeeally hungover and had like 5 or 6 the next MORNING. I seriously felt like I was about to die My heart was racing, I felt like my veins were filled with air, I kept going on this energy rollercoaster... Just prooves they're not healthy
hell yea! i love it. such a great combo i still have about 80 e caps left from my last batch i ordered...i have a bit more caffeine caps too
Do energy drinks have calories? Because if they do, which I'm thinking is more than likely, I wouldn't drink them. I like my caffeine jolts calorie free.
Yeah...there are the sugar free energy drinks, but I am trying to stay away from all artificial sweeteners. The only one that I liked was the SoBe. Tastes like tangerine.
I know those artifical sweetners aren't good. I started consuming diet soda again within the past week, and I swear, I feel like crap, my whole body seems to ache, yet I still keep drinking it. Once I run out of it though, I'm not getting any more. I'll start making some iced coffee, no sugar, no nothing, for my afternoon caffeine boost.
I am switching to Stevia. It's a natural, calorie-free sweetener. The brand of protein powder I use is sweetened with it. It seems that artificial sweeteners, aspartame in particular, still elevate my insulin levels.
Hmmm, I've just recently heard about this Stevia. I used to use Splenda but you know, it seems like I would get really bad stomach cramps when I consumed it. And then, like I said, I also notice physically I feel really off when I have the artifical sweetners. Not at first, but after several days of it. I never really believed all the hype about that kind of thing before, but I honestly did notice changes in the way my body felt when I have them. I might like to try this Stevia though. Maybe it would be better.
Yeah i have always been fully aware that sugar >>>artificial sweetners both in taste and health. When i drink my coffee i like it without anything added to it aswell.
