well see i have twist in my hair had em for bout 3 months now, long && frustrating process but it'll be worth but i have a habit of always twisting my twist from time to time lyk if im in class nd juss sitting there ill tend to start twistin my hair or if im juss bored or somethin idk its a habit now nd i was wonderin is that bad..i keep hearing bout its damaging to your hair or somethin lyk that nd i juss wanted to kno if this is tru..

overdoing it obsessively can certainly dammage the hair.. but a lil mindless playing gently wont harm ya much some though do it intentionaly and obessesivgly to try to tightenj the dreads..and thats when u get dammage mindless fiddling with emthouigh isnt agrewssive enough to do alotta harm never had twists but mine sorta started from that just mindless playing with my hair
