i was smoking a joint behind the woods, that are behind my neighborhood, if that makes sense. so i was almost done, like a 1/4th of the joint was left, and i look over, and these 2 guys are riding a fuckin ATV through the field over to me. i toss the joint and began walking towards my neighborhood, so they're like 10 feet behind me and say "come here bud", and i just turn around walk over to them. after talking about how i was on private property they let me go, but happen to look what i threw, and they're just like "wow" and ride off. weird, but pretty cool i guess.
My sister's fiance got a fine for ATVing on someone's private property, even though they'd all been going there for years. Some chick rolled her ATV and is suing the property owners for compensation. So, property owners don't want to be responsible for anything illegal or shit like that.
i see what you mean, but when he found the joint he just rode off i'm not complaining about it, it's just weird haha.
there is this private property that i fish on.. the whole lake is private property but the owners are cool and let people fish it.. but keep up the No Tresspassing signs.. they dont care as long as you keep the place clean.. they were telling me once they were out there duck hunting and seeing this guy throwing his beer cans in the bushes and Chester goes "hey buddy, you better clean this shit up" and the guy goes "who the fuck are you?" chester replies "i'm the fucking owner of this land.. thats who". guess the guy immediately started picking up everything in sight
i wouldn't have even minded sharing. i had 6 grams on me at the time, i would have smoked them out for like letting me on their property and stuff.
