yes,, the big guy couldnt do as many imo, his arms are trained for strength not speed,., swimmer types would crush arnie in a push up contest..
i can do 50 straight during wrestling's off season, but during the season i could probably manage 100 or a little more in a row
i don't do enough, but when i do i can do 15-20, if you can't do 10 work on it. tbh i'd rather get high and chill or at least do the pushups b4 hand
whoah im so unfit i see 20 as a lot but i guess ive never worked out/done regular fitness for longer than a few months in my life this must change i must be able to to 50 pushups
At one point during high school gym, I was able to do about 10.idk why lol Now, I could probably do 3 or 4 and collapse.haha
I remember I had to do push ups for 1 minute and i got to about 55 before my arms turned into noodles. I <3 kickboxing ahahah
You'll get it thats for sure. You're gonna be doing focus mitts and your arms and legs are gonna wanna fall off. Then after your done you have to do pushups ha well where i do it you have to anyways. I go about 4 times a week. When class starts you jump rope for like 3 minutes. Then streches, then mountain climbers for 30 seconds. Then you do combinations, like 5 combinations, and you do each one 5 times. Then you work with a partner with focus mitts(my partner is always one of the two dudes who does full contact so i always get worked ahah) then you repeat the combinations. After the first set of combinations you do punches, then uppercuts, then 5 crosses, 5 jabs. Then you switch partners. The next set of combinations after those you do 5 right leg low kicks, then high kicks, then again with the left. Then after the NEXT set of combinations you do knees for 30 seconds. Then we do circuit training. 30 seconds at each station with like a 5 or 10 second break. Pull ups, then heavy bag, then maize bag, then the double ended bag, then the combo dummy, then ab wheel, then lunges, then pushups, then sit ups with a 12lb medicine ball. THEN you do crunches under the heavy bag. The teacher hits you with a thick focus mitt on the stomach and then you go up and hit the punching bag. Then stretches again, then you're done All in 45 minutes!
Ha you dont have to do it perfectly, just try. I enjoy the pull ups and the situps under the heavy bag. i love my abs <3
