Intense pain in urethra (penis) while on speed

Basically each time I've done amphetamines (adderall to be specific) I've gotten this INTENSE pain in my urethra, like if there was a pencil shoved up it or something, and it always starts a few hours into the experience and is constant. I've also gotten this on mushrooms too but it wasn't nearly as bad and it only happened once, has anyone else had this problem, and does anyone know what type of condition could be causing it?

I know that obviously, I'm just wondering if anyone else here has experienced that and what medical condition this possible could be.

 

i got this last time i rolled, its probably just muscles tightening causing pain. mine only came up when i tried to pee though.

I got a UTI last year from being dehydrated, sleep deprived, and stressed while studying for the GRE. I took AZO. It's specifically for urinary tract pain relief. It works, but it turns your piss orange.

HOLY SHIT. Same here, usually atleast a little bit on shrooms, and at the moment a little after a few bowls and 45 mg Adderall.

 

I've never experienced this while under infulence of any drug, but it doesn't sound healthy. Try drinking more water. It can only help and if it's persistent enough to be a problem try the AZO that I mentioned. It's available OTC at any drug store.

Wait so this could be a urinary tract infection? But this pain happened a year ago when I did speed, and again recently whenever I did it. So this AZO stuff will help the pain which is good, thanks, but what treatment could there be for urinary tract infection?

 

If it only happens when you use speed than it probably not a UTI but is being caused by something else that may or may not be causing damage to your urethra. Whatever the cause, AZO should help lessen or eliminate your symptoms. It is a very effective analgesic, but primarily on UT for some reason.

 

Allright thanks for the help, yeah the pain has happened when I was sober but mainly just when I took speed and when I took mushrooms once. I'm going to the doctors about it and I'll just tell them its a random pain i get. I also forgot to mention that I get this pain when I blow a load too (you know what I mean), only if I hold it in from coming out.
