Iraq was a holy war.

It's not a comedy thousands if not millions lost their lives. And our constitution has checks and balances built into it that work if used. In this case they were ignored. I for one do not want to see this happen again.

I believe if our administration chose to post biblical tracts on official documents that those in charge must of seen this as a holy war. If it wasn't then the publishing of reglisious propaganda wouldn't have been necessary.

If you actually READ the Salon article (you didn't), you would see that the date is irrelevant. Focusing on that and the question mark in the article's title is just another way of creating a distraction and telling everyone "UKIE HERE...HE WUZ WRONG." You know most of the people who readily agree with everything you say are not all that smart and don't have the attention span to actually read the article themselves to reach their own conclusion.

I mean, I could see permanent bases in Iraq being news to people living under a rock, but most people who follow what's going on are well aware of them. Sorry you've never heard of them.
