My first offense

About 3 months ago me and my friends were caught driving around high.
we had a little over an eighth and about 2 pieces on us..

i was driving and that night was taken to jail with the following charges

possession of mj.
possession of paraphenila.
possession of tabaccoo(i was 18. and the legal age is 19 in utah.)
and driving under a measurable amount of drugs or alcohol.

now my court date is on december 3rd. this coming Wednesday.

now my question is what do you think my sentence will be? i have worked on my GED. i have a full time job. im clean cut now for my court date. and im not wearing pants where my ass falls out..

i've heard from people i will just get fines. and nothing more
i've heard i'll get bench probation
i've heard ill get 18-36 of probation with drug tests and the like.
and i've heard ill get community service.

this is my first offense for anything. i've never been suspended from school. and have only gotten a traffic ticket.

what do you people on the hip forums think my most likely sentence will be?

probably only fines for your first offense, but i don't know about Utah.

yeah the freakin cop charged you with possession of tobacco?? what a dick, he already had you on the pot and pipes. anyways, for a first offense, youll prob get either probation, heavy fines, or community service, or all three

 

i got caught wiht Unlawful possession of marijuana and i was 17 when it happened. (had quite a decent amount too)

i didnt get a lawyer..(used a court appointed one) and got put on a fake probation..
where if im a good boy for 1 year, it comes off my record completly...not even a little post-it note..so yea...hope it went well

His court case was over 7 months ago, and he has not returned to the thread. Just sayin...

prolly on probation and has to piss and act mormony haha! Lived in Utah for awhile with first wifey so I know that place sucks. You're either mormon or go out of your way to look and act non mormon. That makes you a cop magnet to be non mormon.

 

Haha. Well I wondered where he went so I clicked on his 'find more posts' thing and he has Been on hipforums since his first post on this thread. He has been on one thread about the best sex scene in a movie. LOL.
