I beleive my dog got staph somehow.we thought it was insect bites at first,cuz she always wants to get in the weeds,& I got quite a few chigger bites myself.but she's got it spreading on her underside.we don't wanna take her to the vet,because state law makes em report pitbulls,& we'd never be able to afford ou insurance.on the same token,dont want nothin to happen to my baby either.my ol'lady is a nurse,& she has a co- worker who does animal rescue so, we've been givin her cold penicillin shots here at home.she seems healthy other than her underside,but I ould take any advice from someone thats experienced in something like this
