Nah...it's a bigass bullsnake. Does sorta look like a rattlesnake though.

 

Are all of those non-poisonous?

The one in the first pic in post #9 looks like it has a triangular shaped head, as if it were poisonous.

You're right about the first in post #9 being poisonous. It's a Timber Rattlesnake. The last pic in the same post is also poisonous. It's a Western Diamondback. Please note that I'm not holding either of those babies.
