anybody ever had recycled paper type of blotter back in 90s?

swim remembers these, they looked like a brown bag type of paper, seemed thinner than blotter papers but size were more like 3 combined in one.
swim don't remember any pictures on it, but the guy said it was from some ex-govt scientist? lol not sure if that was true, and got three. and gave out two to friends, and one for swim. and wow.. swims body was steaming in smokes, counted multiple trails, carpets had waves, and swim remember it was the best LSD ever had. very clean, pure, just amazing.
