    I thought that at first too. But look how much hair she has. The longer the hair, the faster it knots up

    uhh as far as i remember she was a wax queen before she came here.
    but they look good either way.

    So you took out all the wax?

    Or did you take them (the dreads) out completely?

    I boiled the wax out of my hair and then unbraided/untwisted them. I boiled again and again until all the wax was gone. I think like 5 locks remained partially braided for about an inch or so in them because my arms wanted to fall off after all of the maintenance. The only ones that had braids in them after I took it all down were ones near the nape of my neck - they were the last ones I worked on and I was just done by then!!

    I would have liked a warning about not visiting the home page of your site. That placenta thing almost made me vomit all over my lap top :puke:

    pretty much all mammals except most people eat their placenta b/c its good for them. its not that gross.
