What exactly do you mean by "spaced out"? If you percieve it as negative, and want to change it, then I think you should find a focus. Like music, or a job, or a project/hobby type of thing.
If you're having a hard time finding a hobby, working out is great. Just force yourself to do so regularly for three weeks (thrice a week is fine), and then you'll start regretting the days you miss out on the gym.
fuck yeah! i have revolutionized my body after dropping acid. lost 50 pounds and gained much muscles itsallgood, don't worry about feeling spaced out, that's how most of the universe feels i would imagine
