Watching Tv shows from outside US, proxy help

Hi guys any of you know how I can watch episodes of the colbert report and daily show from Portugal? They recently stopped allowing people from outside the US to watch, but there must be some way to make them think im in the US somehow? Anyone know? Thanks.
