Dont worry im not asking if adding food to your dreads helps im asking if eating certain foods in general help with the growth of healthier locks and no, i dont mean speed up the process, I want to know if certain foods promote healthy hair growth and what they may be.

As in Protein and Carbohydrates. And as a general rule, the rawer and the more organic, the better.

Thanx everyone, I was just curious because i know nail growth as well as organs of the body react well to certain healthy foods high in there own vitamins and minerals and was just curious about the hair factor and how it relates to the foods you eat, I want strong healthy locks and as much as i know the outer maintanence is important im just as curious about the inner aspects as well and possible ways to maintain healthy dreads including change of diet.
