Anyone ever been?


I'm going tomorrow. Tandem. I've never been before; I'm going with my cousin.

 

i haven't. i don't think i ever would. such an unnecessary risk to take.

No point in debating I suppose. Logic doesn't really apply to jumping out of planes, ramble.

But it's safe. I suspect this is what's going to happen. I'm going to be acting really tough all the way there. Then when the plane takes off, I'm going to cry and wail at my 18 year old cousin.

Yes, it's a blast Lode. Hopefully you'll have a lady striped to ya even not the tandems aren't that bad might land on your ass tho. How much is it costing you to jump, 120 where I went (Skydive Houston).

 

yeah, your probably going to be alright. i can imagine the adrenaline rush is going to be insane.

Yeah, I shopped around here. Cheapest I could find was $200. I kinda thought it was steep. But I'll manage. Skydive Dallas is the place.

I'm sorta doing it for the just coolness factor, but if it really can rip all my petty concerns away, it sounds freaking religious. I'm stoked.

I would love to do it someday.

It's something that I'd probably want to do on acid though.

 

This is the start of the summer though.

I gotta find something about as epic to do in August.

^ I want to do Ecuador, but they have whale watching, and i am rather pusillanimous about whales.

 

I would love to go tandem skydiving someday! That, and bungee jumping and paintballing.

All my mates are wimps who dont want to get hurt, so it's hard trying to convince people to come with me.

 

i've never been would love to do it. im a bit of an adrenalin junky.

the closest i get to jumping from high things is tombstoning.....which i do, pretty much every opportunity i can, its a right buzz....cant imagine what it will be like for you.
