k I am an retard. had to google waterboarding. how was it? sounds to me like it could potentially be kinky fun if you like oxygen deprivation. id wanna have a safety gesture though.

Information, confessions.. same principle applies. People will say anything under torture to make it stop.

For information gathering, I would argue advanced interrogation techniques work better.

If you're pressed for time, torture could be a better option, but generally I don't think so.
